This Privacy Policy applies when you access or use the Yampa platform — our online software-as-a-service (including console.yampa.ai and related APIs and applications) (the “Platform”) — take part in user research, or otherwise interact or communicate with us about the Platform.

This Privacy Policy applies where we process your Personal Data for our own purposes and act as Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
It does not cover Personal Data Yampa collects, uses, and discloses when acting as a Data Processor on behalf of its business customers (“Customer Content”) under their instructions in connection with the Platform.
