What we are looking for
We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded AI Deployment Strategist with a passion for AI and strong technical acumen. This role is critical to shaping how we work with, learn from, and best serve our customers. Key responsibilities
- Support the sales process: Work with the sales team to showcase our AI agents' capabilities, provide technical insights, and address client-specific needs for a smooth transition from prospect to deployment.
- Deploy our AI Agents : Oversee the deployment of our AI agents in clients' tools and processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Develop a customer playbook: Create and refine the playbook for end to end customer management.
- Build and maintain customer relationships: Establish deep, long-term relationships with customers, including onsite visits to understand and address their key challenges.
- Create a feedback loop strategy: Develop a robust feedback mechanism between customers, engineering, and product teams to ensure continuous improvement and strategic alignment of our AI agents.
- Own customer success metrics: Define, track, and enhance metrics for customer success, ensuring pre-emptive identification and resolution of potential concerns.
- Collaboration and field insights: Work closely with Software Engineering and Product Design teams, embedding customer insights to refine and develop our AI agent features.
Candidate hard and soft skills
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., founder, data analyst, automation, product manager, deployment engineer, customer success).
- A technical background and the ability to resonate with technical teams.
- Proficiency in Python coding or understanding.
- Great cross-functional collaboration skills.
